The Minority and Human Right Foundation was established to propagate the minority and human rights by the tools of media. The main objectives of the Foundation are to raise the representation of the Romanies in the media, struggle against the embedded stereotypes and help the preservation of cultural identity of the most largest minority in Hungary. The Foundation has produced many media products over the past years, which served the realization of the aims based on the Article of the Foundation.
Our outstanding media product was the Provocateur, which was broadcasted by the M1 for three years on every week. Our other media product was the Advocate Magazine, which was broadcasted by the Klubrádió for six years on every week. These programmes dealt with problems of the underprivileged people and offences of the human and minority rights.We have produced several programmes for many channels for instance Duna TV and ATV. The Foundation finished the contsruction of the TV Studio in 2008 due to we can produce programmes in a modern and well equipped studio in the heart of Budapest, in Józsefváros.
We have implemented several projects financed by Europe and Hungary, which aims were the improvement of the living standards of underprivileged people morover the reduction of disrcrimination. We organised antidiscrimination campaigns and we participated in the propagation of the civil sphere and we collaborated with the state authorities and institutions in the fight against disrcrimination.
The Foundation always have paid attention to the media training of Romany youth. We have organised number of mediatraining and we have collaborated with Colleges in the training of Romany journalists and cameramen. Due to the programs more Romanies showed interest in the proffession and got job vacancies in the media.
We are an accredited employer, therefore we provide job opportunity for handicapped and disabled people.
We have an outstanding role in the improvement and conservation of Romany culture, language and traditions. We have carried out international projects on this field, which help to preserve the Romany history and culture.

The work of the foundation was honored by the following awards in past years: 2007: Judit Doros, Gabriella Valaczkay and Lajos Puporka received the "Media for Society" awards from Duna TV.
